Cacyreus marshalli: Animal in habitat City or Urban habitat in the NatureSpots App "Strange provenance. The geranium blue (Cacyreus marshalli) is a butterfly from the Lycaenidae family, the little pages, fire butterflies and blues. The image has a wingspan of 14 to 27 millimeters, the females are larger than the males. The butterfly is native to South Africa, and has settled in the Balearic Islands since 1990, presumably brought along with plant material. The butterfly has settled in southern Europe from there. More to the north, the butterfly occurs as a vagrant." says Danny VG in habitat City or Urban habitat on 15.08.2023. Cacyreus marshalli (Cacyreus marshalli) is a species of insect.
