"The Caique is found in various areas such as: Southern Colombia, Brazil, Bolivia, Ecuador and Peru. The Caique has two species, the rusty-headed Caique and the black-headed Caique. As the names already describe, the rusty-headed Caique has an orange "rust" colored head, and the black-headed Caique has a black head. Furthermore, both species are marked the same. They have yellow cheeks that turn orange, and a white belly. The wings are dark green colored, they also have yellow, orange-like thighs. The legs and beak can differ in color. One species has a dark gray color and the other species light pink color. A Caique has bright pupils. Their iris is black, with a bright orange ring around it. A Caique is on average 23 centimeters long from head to crown, and weighs on average 140 and 160 grams. A Caique can be between 20 and 30
